When the first [ICON_GREATPERSON] Great People of each type is attracted or patronized, this district will provide +1 of the corresponding Yield (+1 [ICON_PRODUCTION] Production from [ICON_GREATGENERAL] Great General, +1 [ICON_FOOD] Food from [ICON_GREATADMIRAL] Great Admiral). Also unlocks the Carnival project, which grants an additional +1 [ICON_AMENITIES] Amenity when underway and a variety of [ICON_GREATPERSON] Great People points once completed. Cannot be built in a city with a Street Carnival.
